lidl claim to have 33% off some pork products but looking at the previous prices it is pretty clear there is no reduction! just to be clear there is not more sausages etc in the packs as they are still 454g 370g 454g and 350g. there is no reduction in price or increase in pack size!

Maybe the stock hadn't arrived in and some over zealous staff member put the signs up in error? (most of the signs have 08/03 printed suggesting 8th march)

Maybe just maybe some retail staff make errors.

Might be better off bringing it to their attention and then it could be corrected.

    edit - I think I'm correct

Looks like the extra fill stock has not come in yet and the POS was put out in error. If memory serves me if you advertise an X% extra free offer you have to display the price per kg based on the original package size - hence the same weight and 1kg = 3.06 on both of the first pics signs and elsewhere. ( Open to correction on that but in my supermarket days I remember this coming up )

"lidl claim to have 33% off "

i dont see this anywhere or am i blind? all they are advertising is extra fill packs be they on shelf or not there is no rip off only annoyed customers that the stock is un available.

where they can advertise the "seriously cheaper" is that per kg they new extra fill product is cheaper than the normal stock.

Also when advertising on shelf using thelarge sign it has to match the price ticket. The price display basics is that the price displayed is the price paid. so the sign and the label should be equal.
