Accounting Grinds First year

Hi, I'm in first year and studying accounting as one of my subjects. At the moment i am pretty much at a total loss as to what to do. I'm kinda getting worried as the exams are getting closer... Anyone out there giving grinds in or around the college? Sligo would be good to for your about? Thanks.
