    Hi

    Met a guy through facebook. We've been emailing for 2 months, but we haven't met up yet because of work commitments and distance.

    After 1 month, he told me he was seeing another girl, but wasn't going out with her. He said it wasn't serious with her but that he wanted to see how things went. He asked if we could remain friends.

    2 months later, we are still in touch everyday. I usually initiate the emails now, but he always replies. He is still seeing the other girl.

    Is this guy genuinely still interested in me?

    Definitely not interested I'm afraid. Keeping you on the sidelines in case the other thing falls through I reckon.

    I would say he's probably interested but wants to see what happens with the other girl first.
