On tomorrow (Weds) @ 8pm. 1m, should be fast and furious!

I won't be there myself - would love to as I've never done a 1m race - PB guaranteed!

Will be there. Are you sure it's a 1 miler? I had it down for a 2 miler. PB for me too, defo under 6:00, If I can get in under 5:45 would be chuffed.

What sort of warm up should be done for a 1 mile race??

21:35: Ha! well chuffed, 1 mile PB - 5:23. Great night for it - a bit cool, but bone dry. Anyone else run it? I think Jinka and Robinph were at the XC in Malahide.

At the start of the 1 miler last week they said the next one is on 31st March, 3 miler (I think) but a different course. best to meet at the club house. Then the last one is 2 weeks later on 14 April. Don't remember the distance.

Christeb may be able to confirm these.

I had never realised that the 1 mile was on last week until I was warming up for the BHAA XC and someone else mentioned it to me. Not sure if I'll do the remaining ones or not if they are on the predicted dates just mentioned, I'll decide on the day as usual no doubt.

Yep that checks out with me, the 3m Holland Cup was moved to the 31st to accommodate the Ntl Road relays (held on the same course) and the final 1m is 14.04. I'll confirm closer to the respective days
