    use moneybookers.com

transactions come up on your statement as going to them and then you can transfer money to most accounts.

no you cant give them cash but they are a well recognised way of sucurely getting money online, once its there its like an internet currency that you can then use on whatever you like. I know that you can put cash into a paddy p account in the shop but you cant withdraw other than onto your card. as far as i know you can lodge and withdraw money from your account with boylesports in any of their shops but i stand to be corrected on that

Find a betfair broker in your area. You can lodge and withdraw cash with them. You'll have to open a new account with them. They're a fair few of them around, mostly in casinos, snooker halls and so on.

You don't need a broker as far as I'm aware. You can (at least you used to be able to, I did it once) to lodge cash into your account through any Ulster Bank.

Contact Betfair and ask for details.
