laptop to tv

lads i want to connect my laptop to tv, i have no clue as to what cable to get, my laptop is a hp and tv is a grundig, i saw on the tv it has a connection s-vhs, the only connection i can see on laptop is a 15 pin hole connector. any help on cable that i need, or if i havent given enough info, thanks in advance

IF tv is not hd, pc resolution to 720x576. thats standard tv res.
USE powerstrip program to set this resolution,
see here http://entechtaiwan.com/util/ps.shtm ,download and install it.

Set refresh rate to 60mhz max, see is there any svideo out , yellow round output quarter inch wide approx, or round 7pin/hole round svideo out interface , look for a rear flap,cover,at the rear of the pc.
