    Hi there

I am quite selfconscious about my frown lines, and I have tried using creams etc, but I don't notice any difference
I am beginning to seriously consider botox or visiting a dermotologist who can advise me what to do as I don't think the expensive costmetics are working. I am 33, so I was wondering if anyone has had botox or faced a similar problem to me and what worked for you?

    Hi Doireann
A group of my friends and I regularly use botox and we find it great. Have you tried it?

 Yes, and send me your bank details and I'll transfer $US88,888,000.

I'd also be interested in answers to this. I can see me going for botox before I'm 30, but I'm very worried about starting too young and having issues in the future.

Re. products, the best I've found are the Boots moisurisers. I have a smile line on the side of my mouth that I hate and I actually notice a difference with this stuff!

    Hi

It is absolutely fab. A few words of caution. Firstly it definitely needs to be injected at least every 3/4 mths depending on the person. Some people may get as much as 6 months out of a treatment. Now if your not prepared to pay 3/4hundred for every treatment, its not worth getting it the first time unless its for a very special occassion like a wedding. Who you go to is also important.

I went to Dr Patrick Tracey in black rock who did an amazing job. I also went to my local beauty salon who have a dr come in every few weeks and I was very disappointed. My frown lines didn't really fade over the 3mths and there was slight movement. I have also heard of people been over injected and end up with droopy eye lids etc.

    Hope this helps

Which Boots moisturiser do you use?

I'm also concerned about fine lines. I seem to be more sensitive to the light than most people so I squint a lot. I've been wearing sunglasses lately and it seems that when I stop making the expressions for a while, the lines get a bit fainter.

I hope the price comes down.

Is it not better value to get a real face lift? I wouldn't want to be unable to frown if I felt like frowning, I'd rather the skin was just pulled taut.

I'm 21 and have a frown line on my forehead. I would also be interested in considering Botox.

I was way paranoid about my skin and how it was aging, but I found that when my skin was dehydrated, it looked "wrinkley" and old, and so I began using hydrating products and really did notice a difference.

Would still love to blast the frownline off my face though.
