hi all, has anyone had any dealings with NERA regarding complaints made against employers, i have come accross employers paying between 70-90e a day with guys having to work upto 15hrs a day which means there working for less than the minimun wage. i want to report these b,stads as there taking the p*ss out of people:mad:

I know of a chipper that was audited after numerous complaints, every employee record was investigated.one girl got 4 years worth of holiday pay about 6 weeks later.
