Renting a pitch

    Hello,

Does anyone know the best way to organise pitch rental? I know a few lads who are tring to start a hurling team and have no home pitch for the year. Dublin City (Southside) would be the target are.

I have already spoken to people in GAA clubs in the area but a lot of them already have a busy pitch schedule and wouldn't be eager to hand out a slot.

    Any assistance wold be great.

Their first port of call should be the Dublin County Board. After that, their best bet would be to get in touch with the Parks Department of the relevant county council.
