Recommend letting agent

We are leaving the country for a few years but not selling our house. Guess it will be a lot easy to manage using a letting agent rather than try to do it ourselves as we won't be on hand to deal with repairs or if we need new tenants etc. Seems to cost between 10/15 % of rental income. Anyone know who the best options are…
