Hey, anyone know where I might get some perspex sheets in or around Dublin city centre?

I was kind of curious about this one myself.
From what I was told by a guy who makes garden sheds perspex is quite expensive even from big suppliers.
The only places I saw clear perspex sheets was in large hardware stores like Woodys, Atlantic or B&Q.
Maybe one of the hardware stores on Capel street might be able to help you out.

Thanks for that, paddyenlishman. I found a few glass places in town who do supply perspex, but their prices were on on the high side to put it mildly.

I'm surprised none of the art shops supply it - there'd probably be a good market for A2/A3 sized sheets of the stuff.

Acess Plastics do a lot of stuff other than plastics, aliminumum sheets, plastic sheets with a metal face. Any of the Daves (I think there's 3 !!) will help ya out, all dead on guys. They also have another company called APM, plastic molding/folding. I don't work for them just used them a lot and found them really nice to deal with i.e 430pm hey Dave I need a sheet of XYZ, be here by 455 !
