Pet Friendly Accommodation?

Does anyone know where there is good pet friendly accommodation? I want to take my three years old rescue dog on holiday with us - she's a terrier cross and not overly keen on other dogs. I'm looking for something like a self catering cottage/house/apartment close to a beach. Would hate to go away without her - she's such a big part of us at this stage!

Youghal, Co. Cork: I have stayed here with my dog: http://www.qualityhotelyoughal.com/

They have holiday homes that allow pets - 2 minutes walk to beach. The holiday homes were only built in the last few years - nice decor.

Can also use hotel facilities: pool, bar, restaurant etc.

    http://www.limepark.com/ in Co.Antrim is fantastic!

Really cute cottages with all mod cons. We recently stayed in the "little pig house" :D and it had a door that opened out into an enclosed garden which was really nice.
The giants causeway is 12km away and there is a really sandy beach only about 6-7km away. I can't remember the name but it looked beautiful!

The lady who runs it is extremely nice as well :)

A lady I know has a great place in Scotland, right near Loch Lomond. Just tell her Kilyth sent you.

Hi all. Have just returned from a few days at a place called Ardgroom Leisure Village on Beara Penninsula. We brought Millie with us and she got on great - she had a fab doggy holiday. Check the place out on dreamireland website.
