Is there an industrial music scene in Ireland? I'm out in the wilds of the west, so if there is, it's unlikely to be anywhere near me, but I was wondering, because I've not come across much (any?) discussion of it on these boards. Perhaps some kind soul could point me in the right direction?

I wouldn't really call it a scene, in Dublin at least (and I would expect to be even smaller in the rest of Ireland)
It is just Dominion every Saturday night (also I know events happening at Thomas House, don't know if it is a regular thing though) and, thankfully, there are some people involved in the music genre that are genuinely interested and try to organise events, concerts etc. But not much happening, apparently there aren't many people interested in EBM and industrial.
You'd get a big crowd in names like Sisters of Mercy or Rammstein (bothe concerts were nearly sold out), but I was rather disappointed going to the Icon of Coil last April and we were just 100-150 people in Button Factory.

2025 gigs: Selofan, Alison Moyet, Borderline Festival, Wardruna, Gavin Friday, Orla Gartland
