Why would you take 5% when it clearly states in the charter that this is 100% payout .

    (8. Cost of entry and any subsequent rebuys/top-ups etc FREE
    9. Cost of registration :FREE
    10. % of entry fee/rebuys/top-up going into Prize fund NO , 100% Payout.)

So it's not really free is it ,and its not 100% payout is it,

    Hi TUTTUT ,

You're right and we are very sorry about that ,hopefully did not caused to much inconvenience - as we're posting on this poker forum quite a lot sometimes I copy -paste an existing charter from any of our other tournaments, errors occurs just this one .

    I've stated clearly that:

5% of the total prize pool will be held back for tournament costs

The Tournament Entry is FREE( you can sit down and participate on this event without paying anything - ( optional re-buy )

5% of the total prize pool will be held back for tournament costs

The Registration for this tournament worked out :€2.50/ person last night

If you were at any of my games in the past you would know the services we're providing for the right price.

    Good Luck ,

    Bluff Card Club

Ok in 1 sentance you appologise for a copy and paste mistake , and then in another sentance you say that you have clearly stated that 5% would be held back for tournament costs .

    1. Appology accepted.(Thank you for admitting your mistake)

    2. Could i ask you to point out clearly where this 5% was stated prior to your Free tournament taking place.

    3. In your charter you state that it is also reg free ,yet above you state that reg was charged/Worked out at €2.50 per head.

I dont wish to cause you any inconvenience, but i think it would be much better to be forthright about these things before you actually run them.

If you state that its free then it should be free .
If you state that its free but you are actually stopping 5% then its not actually free . Is it???

Dear Tuttut did you actually play in this tourney or do you just feel that it was such an injustice to the 20 players who did play that there was 5% reg taken out for a professionally dealt tourney with refreshments in a top class setting?

No sir i did not play in this tourney as it would be at least a 2 hour drive for me to get there. And i dont really care about the 20 players that did play in lovely surroundings with professional dealers .
What i do care about is false advertising . Which this clearly is .

    Thank you ,

    The Customer.

I dont know why you would consider this to be troal like.
The results were posted at 3am and then the charter was edited at 3.34am to show the 5% deduction .

Am i not entitled to ask why.

I would agree John. There is some other agenda here. I have my own suspicions , but we'll wait & see.

Its pointless reporting to mods........few people on here hijacking threads all the time and nothing being done about it,:confused:glad to see they dont get away with it on other poker boards :p

I would tend to be more optimistic myself. I agree the poker forum is not as it used to be. This is not my forum & I do not wish to seem like I am stepping on anyones toes.
But I will try draw some attention to it.
If you feel there is an issue with a post do report it. No point in complaining otherwise.

Apology enough for now - will consider this to be a genuin mistake. Might take a different stance if it happens again.

TUTTUT - your questions have been noted and rectified so I expect no more thread spoiling.
