Tried to get a copy today in Dun Laoghaire and Blackrock but no dice, just want to know if it's worth my while going to town tomorrow? Where has it?

That's weird, they had copies of it in Gamestop in Dun L on Friday when I was in. I saw it in HMV in Dundrum today, so that might be your best bet (and if they don't have it, maybe GAME in Dundrum will)

    Is this game that good?

The game is amazing. But don't buy if you are just a run and gun kinda player.

Pretty happy it's selling so well, great to see what I assumed was a niche game these days flying off the shelves, hope for the future of non-shooters. Fingers crossed it means more unique games and publishers taking risks.

But pretty annoyed I couldn't get it easily at the same time. :D

I'd say the bulk of the sales are down to hype/quality of graphics/feck all else out this week, not people wanting to support "interactive drama" or whatever you want to call it
I'd love to know what percentage of people bought the game without knowing what kind of game it is or even playing the demo first...

    Great game by the way!

Yeah I get that impression alright, but it's still good that something like this sold.

Really shows just how easy it is to manipulate people with marketing though. I can imagine loads of people who just play fifa and CoD picking this up and being absolutely lost :D:D

Did I say great game? I meant game of the year!!!

I got it, Smyths in carrickmines. Been playing it all day. Bewbs indeed. Really enjoying it so far and it keeps getting more intersting. Reminds me of Broken Sword a lot, which is great. Especially the music. Lacks the sense of humour though obviously!

After a year and a half of owning it, I think this might be my first PS3 game :)

Its nice to see something that isnt a FPS with 32 player online deathmatch modes, I like a good online game of Uncharted 2 or COD as much as the next preson, but those of us who prefer single player adventures are being kinda forgotten about by developers, I hate how unless a game has an online mode its seen as lazy these days, Bioshock never needed an online mode (or a sequel for that matter) but they threw one in anyway and it wasnt very good.
