    Ok,

    Just a quick question, i know they do good work for the most part and generally their turn around time is fine and i've never had an issue regarding quality myself even though i've seen a couple of botched jobs that were fixed at the companies expense..

    but does anyone have any issues with their customer service?? Namely through Italy and their Irish " Rep " , i cannot comment on the English side of things as i've never dealt with them personally..

    I'm not unreasonable but am seriously considering using Sim2000 amongst others in the future over the total lack of communication from both here in Ireland and the fact that it's sometimes frustrating to deal with Italy as i feel the message dosen't always get across and neither is it dealt with properly or with any hint of fault on their part..

    Just wondering is it just me as i'm going to have a word with someone at Focus and make a decision in the next few days regarding which direction my storybook albums will go in the future..
