The ex astana manager (when Vino et al were caught!) and an ex rider who was banned for life at one stage for doping.

Thats one managerial line up to make the UCI happy (not).

I suppose the upside is Frank has already partly paid Fuentes so the team doctor will be a bit cheaper :rolleyes:
