Hi All Maybe someone can help me here, im doing up a list of costs for a proposal on a business start up, does anyone know where I could find some good estimate costs etc.. We'd have an office for 10-20 people, we'd need IT infrastructure per person etc.. what is a good square foot/metre cost to start with for facilities…

Hi All

what is a good square foot/metre cost to start with for facilities and then for people tools the cost of IT etc?

We re sourceing quotes but I'd like to see if anyone here as any handy 'rules of Thumb'?
