    PAVB2 if your interested in books of a similar vein( ie:siege in ancient times).

    Try Warrior of Rome-Fire in the East by Harry Sidebottom

    OR The Religion by Tim Willocks

    Imo they are better versions of the same theme.

    Thanks so given the choice which is best Warrior of Rome or Religion.

    How doesTroy David Gemmell series on other thread compare to these ?
