    Hi,

Just before Christmas I was moved to another post within my company. It's a very small team and it is most definitely a new endevour as in I am a member of the first team.

I have been doing the job well I believe. The other people on my team are earning 7-8k more then me. I don't see how that can be considering it is totally new.

I mean, that's a huge gulf. We were each chosen (the members of our team because we specialised in particular areas). My company at the moment is laying off people so maybe I should be happy my job is secure but really, thats a huge gulf..

At the moment I am working on my previous contract which has very little to do with my current roll. Can they legally do this?

    Thanks :)
