    Hi guys,

    Just looking for some advice.
    I will be putting my house on the market pretty soon and my question is:

    Would I be better off putting my house on the market with the same EA that has the house I want to buy, meaning, would it be a better incentive for them to sell my home so I could take another off their portfolio?

    It is a good way of making sure you get the house you want to buy. A friend of mine did that and got a great deal.
