Hitchhikers guide to the galexy (and what's the story with the towel?!)

06-03-2010 2:32am#1just finished watching Hitchhikers Guide to the Galexy on RTE and it could possibly be to do with the bottle of wine i've been drinking but i don't get the deal with the towel?! if someone could clear that up for me!
On another, more AH style, note: in the last scene the main character is asked if there is anything he wants to change about the "new" earth.
