Best program to use Hercules DJ MP3 E2 with??

    Hey guys, hope someone can help. I'm really new to all this so hope I'm not asking a stupid question. I recently bought the Hercules DJ MP3 E2 usb controller, and it came with Virtual dj. I quite like VDJ, however it won't allow me to use a second soundcard for monitoring. I think it's the limited version, so got the full version, but for some reason the controller won't work at all with it! Are there any fairly easy to use programs out there that will allow me to use a usb soundcard along with my laptop card for monitoring purposes, that will also allow me use my controller?

    How many outputs does your USB soundcard have?

    Just the one, I thought maybe I could use that and also the output built in to the laptop? Could be way off though!

    Yeah I'm pretty sure (although I've never tried) you can't use more than one soundcard, I've never seen an 'and/or' option on the preferences in Traktor anyway. There are loads of soundcards with 2 outputs for under €100, you're best off selling your USB soundcard and picking one of those up.
