New to Sky HD

    Hi all,
    I just got Sky HD box without the HD package but I cannot seem to get any of the free HD channels such as BBC HD. Do I have to call Sky or do I manually tune it in?

    Also, should I ring sky and ask for a free trial on Movies/Sports/HD etc? Anyone have any luck.

    you manually tune them in, press services, select, and move right to add channels, then.... just follow the instructions on screen

    BBC HD:
    Freq: 10.847
    Pol: V
    Sym: 22000
    FEC: 5/6

    --

    ITV HD
    Freq: 11.428
    Pol: H
    Sym: 27500
    FEC: 2/3

    On 28.2 ? Three as far as I know. The 2 above and Luxe. Ch4 probably later this year
