Which headphones?

Hi I'm looking for a set of headphones for a laptop. Basically just for music / movies / games. Sound quality doesn't have to be amazing so long as they are comfortable enough

Don't really want in-ear ones as I find them a bit uncomfortable, price range would be anything up to €80 or so I guess, although the lower the better.

Had a look on Komplett and both these seem decent enough

    Sennheiser Headphones HD 515 - € 65.80

    Sennheiser HD 555 Headphones - € 85.50

From what I've read the 555 ones are better but they are that bit pricier.

Any thoughts on these or cheaper recommendations / good review sites?

HD555s should be a good match for the uses you have specified, so long as you're using them in a quiet environment as they are open-backed. Decent price on Komplett too.

If you want something cheaper, the JVC HA-RX700s are a very good alternative. I wouldn't bother with the HD515s.

The RX700s can be bought here, for €50 delivered. No idea why a garden centre is selling headphones but they seem genuine!

    Thanks Baza,

I might check for some reviews on the RX700s as they are a good bit cheaper, just in case I want an option to paying €85 for the 555s
