Engineering Firm Requirements

    Hello all,

I am wondering what are the requirements, if any, to label yourselves an "engineering firm" or the like.

as in, do we have to have a certain number of PE's on staff, etc.

We do a lot of in house design and assembly, but we always call it design. not engineering.

is there some rule or law that defines if we may call our services engineering?

(no one has a PE licence here.)
