Copying a DVD

Hopefully a simple question, but I've come across a DVD that my late Dad took on his video camera & would like to duplicate the disc. Its all home footage stuff so no copyright issues. The DVD has vob files on it etc & plays ok through Media Player. Is there a simple way of copying the disk like you can do with an Audio…
