    Recently got sky HD installed and have noticed that when I watch anything I have recorded that it stutters and pauses, I have to fast forward a few seconds to get it back to playing, but this happens every couple of minutes and is very very annoying!

    It doesn't happen when I'm watching live TV and I've checked the signal and strenght both over half!

    Has anyone else had this problem and is there any fix for it?

    Could be the hard drive faulty on the system,trying to read data that might be corupted due software and/or hardware reasons.

    Call sky and explain the issue,it may needs the box replaced...
