    Apologies if this has been asked before, but I have a couple of programmes on my planner which I had kept, ie pressed the blue button. I want to delete these now but it's looking for a pin. I thought it might have been the first or last 4 digits of my viewing card, but they don't work.
    Anyone any idea where I might find it.

    It's the last 4 digits of your first card you ever got from them!

    You can change your pin on the sky site! Just log in and there's an option to change the pin.
