at the moment im running element clear pistons standard with last tooth metal and first tooth full removed and 2nd tooth down to half to help with engagement in almost everything, great performance great value for money, there not the strongest on the marker but i like that for a reason. I use the piston as a safely valve, if something is going to go i would rather the teeth on the poston go than the teeth stripping on a modify set of gears

never run run full metal teeth myself for the very reason above

Full metal teeth is alright but its not really upgrade territory, half is much more like it, you want some flex in the piston on pickup so its better to have the first few teeth plastic, the metal teeth on the half and half are placed so as to take over when the piston is getting to its maxinum load but is already past pickup so doesnt need much flexibility really,,.

Ive used Madbull half and halfs loads of times and highly reccomend them. Promethius Hard pistons are fantastic too though, although a little pricey. another of the really good pistons out there is the standard TM full poly piston, cheap and very durable. :)

what kind of batteries do you use? do you set you AEGs up for high speed?
