    Hi,

I have a pc in our Uk office that is unable to see our Irish server. I have given the pc all the same rights as pretty much all the other PC's in the UK office, yet for some reason this pc cant even ping our irish server.

I have given that pc the same access across our firewalls as all the other pc's .

    Any ideas?

I'm assuming you have a VPN or connection to the UK office that other PC's connect currently? they dont have to load a VPN Client or something its just boot and login and there you can connect straight away

if the settings are the same as the other pc's what about firewall?

Whats the Ip and Gateway of one that works and the one that doesnt

Can you do a traceroute from the UK PC to see where it falls over.
Can it ping the gateway etc
