    Hello,
My home is 200 metres from a public road. The boundary fence adjoining my driveway has a small bank on my side approx 3 ft in width which falls into a 8ft deep by 8ft wide dyke on the other side. It appears to be that way for generations. My question is the new adjoining landowner believes he is entitled to clear the bramble and bushes off the dyke and the boundary fence stripping my property of shelter and privacy.
What do you think i should do? and were is the center point of my boundary. On the top of my bank or center ways in the dyke?

    Thanking you

Go to a solicitor. Get the Folio maps checked to see who owns what. Don't engage until you take advice.
