Ran this last year for the first time. Very well run event. Anybody else doing it? Tough hill at start and end... not the easiest courses around... challenging!

Its on Sunday 14th March in Glaslough, Co.Monaghan at 1:30. Juvenile races beforehand from 12 noon

i ran this a good few years ago when it was a 4 mile race. is the course difficult?? planning on doing this race as it's not too far from home
I managed to find a winning time on the web from 2008 in 15minutes 00 so hopefully not too bad...

I ran it for the first time last year. Its down hill at the start, then reasonably flat, with a hill at the end. Nice course though.

A big well done and thanks to Noel, Eamonn and all at Glaslough Harriers for a great days athletics yesterday. Both Juvenile and Senior races were superb, with some great performances.
