Nomadic (no outdoor fixed aerial) Wireless should be in Midband. It's 16 times worst in spectrum/area/speed efficency ratios compared to Point to Multipoint Outdoor Fixed Wireless. So I would put Imagine in all three sections and Move Clearwire to Midband.


Of course Comreg should have list of all the Fixed and Mobile Wireless.

Digiweb also have (or did have) 12 or 13 Mobile "near Broadband" bases. Finglas and 1 in Dublin Centre. 1/4 of 3G/HSPA spectrum but typically twice as good. Flash-OFDM system.

There is a Mobile WiMax at Maynooth College.


Is Tesco reselling any Data yet or only voice + SMS?


Satellite you have the actual Irish Reseller and the Actual Bird/Service provided. So different you need to list both for each local reseller.

Also of interest: is what VOIP, email servers/service, hosting, VLANS and VPNs the ISP can provide. Also if users have static IP, dynamic IP or Shared IP (3, O2, Permanet etc...). If lots of ports or services are blocked or shaped (Clearwire).

Differentiate between 3rd party VOIP provision like Blueface and Skype and NextGen Voice Network VOIP that does'nt go over the Internet (Digiweb, UPC, Magnet).

Differentiate between DSL, Cable and Fibre. There is no real point in differentiating LLU and Bitstream IMO.

Imagine still provide their FWA service that was formerly known as IBB's breeze service, right? Once they fixed that a couple of years ago, I've heard nothing but positive comments for it. I'm sure it still counts as broadband
