Is anyone else able to change their Sky package online?

I have just tried it there and it told me to call in.

You cant. This only works for UK subscribers. I cant think of a reason not to offer it to us. Maybe they just "forgot" they had 600,000+ subscribers over here. They often do that.

You can do it through your sky box, in Interactive. I was also pretty sure you could do it online too.
Are you trying to drop your monthly subscription by any chance? Because you can only upgrade you package though the automated services, if you're looking to downgrade you can only do so by ringing them.

Ireland is always just an afterthought for Sky.

It was brought to my attention by someone and I wondered. I then tried to upgrade with my own account and it told me to call in.
