iphone as modem on vodafone???

Can you use the iphone as a modem like the usb sticks to use the web on a laptop and if so how does it work?I think it might be called tethering but not sure.Does any one have any advice?If so does vodafone do it?

yeah, but you gotta pay extra...theres new tethering add on packages, check the website for details!
