    Hey there pregnancy thread. :)
Been looking on here over the past few days.

Recently lost a pregnancy at 2 months.
I went for a checkup afterwards & the doctor just asked me questions about if I was sick & took a pregnancy test (3 weeks after) Still faintly positive.
But he didn't scan me or anything like that.

& was wondering if anyone could tell me, is it normal to still be bleeding 4 weeks after?
I know it's different for everyone, but even a rough idea.

    Thanks in advance.

Test should not be positive one week afterwards, let alone three.
I'd go to (another) doctor or back to the hospital.

    I guess I should.
    I'm just so confused :(

I did call a helpline (like a well woman centre) to see what they thought later that day & they said to wait a week & to do a two line test.
    It's a week tomorrow.

So I'm not sure whether to do a test or just go see a doctor.

Sorry for your troubles OP, I know it's a hard time xx

Did you have a D&C or take the tablets or did you 'go' on your own??

That does sound odd, as cch said, I think your best bet is to go back to the hospital.. Your doctor doesn't sound up to much if he let you wander off with unanswered questions like that..

Oh I'm sorry I should have mentioned.
    I did have a D&C.

Everything else felt normal again afterward, ie I wasn't nauseous & my chest was no longer sore.
But I might go ahead & go to a doctor (different one) to be sure everything is okay now.

    Thank you Xzanti <3

Just thought I'd give a quick update.

Took a test on Friday - 2 line test.
After 1 minute it was showing up the 2 lines.
After 3 mins, it was pretty much a clear positive.

Made an appt for this week to check everything.
I'm thinking, some pregnancy tissue may have been left over.

    Have only stopped bleeding yesterday.
    Hopefully getting better.
