How long does it take for a application to the small court to be replied to?

    Hi

    I sent off a application to the small court last Tuesday. Its now thursday and still no reply. How long do i have to wait before i get a reply back?

    Phoned someone from my local court office. She said it would take 6 weeks for the offending company to reply. And that if it went to court, there are only 3 small court claims days a year apparently. What am I to do?

    To tell you the truth, not many of them go to court so might not have to wait as long as you think.

    You'll just have to wait and see what move the other side make
