    Just to expand a bit here. If you phone comes with 3.1.3 software you will not be able to jailbrake it for now

    Yes.

    Under conditions.

    It MUST be

    OS: 3.1.2
    Modem Firmware: 05.11

    Both can be checked by Settings > About

    Be careful.
