Hi, cash game 1/2 blinds 1st player go's all inn for 10 euro, 6 callers me included, player 2 bets i raise everyone folds i forgeting about the guy who is all inn throw my cards forward and one of them hits the muck pile, the dealer tells me my hand is dead, i call for a ruling and td says they are dead even tho they are…

Hi,

cash game 1/2 blinds 1st player go's all inn for 10 euro, 6 callers me included, player 2 bets i raise everyone folds i forgeting about the guy who is all inn throw my cards forward and one of them hits the muck pile,
the dealer tells me my hand is dead, i call for a ruling and td says they are dead even tho they are clearly identifiable from the muck. can the fairness of the game rule be invoked here?? tds replies welcome.
