Final year of college and all out of steam. How do I get motivated again?

I'm doing my final semester of engineering and have my thesis due in less than 4 weeks. I've been working on my project ~12 hours a day for the last 4 or 5 months, and I'm so sick of it at this point that I can't even bare to sit down and work at it, despite the tremendous amount of work I have to do. How do I get myself in the right frame of mind?

So you've spent ~1800 hours on your thesis? Surely there isn't much left to do? I'm in final year engineering too; my thesis is due in less than 2 weeks. I haven't done nearly as much work as you and I seem less worried than you.

Calm down- think of all you've done, not what you have left to do.

By the way my college handbook recommends we spend ~250 hours on the thesis, or 10 hours a week. Sounds like you're pushing yourself too hard.
