    I'm planning on running a marathon at the end of the month in Rome and just want some songs to stick on my ipod any recommendations ?
    Want upbeat songs but also not too upbeat??

    small tip though

    Try and hold off as long as you can to start listening to your ipod, I found the couple of marathons I did, listening to my ipod was something to look forward to, plus you want to get the buzz from those around you and from the crowd,,

    LCD Soundsystem did a 45 minute piece of music for Nike specifically for exercising to. It's called 45:33 and it's pretty damn good.

    I heartily recommend it.

    This has been my running staple for the last few months:


    Might be a bit fast for a marathon though.

    I love this too, great for pacing and a good long track
