    hi there,
    just wondering if i have any recourse if the irfu use a photo of me without permission?
    Not aggrieved but just curious!

    Well it depends where you were. If it was at a match, you've agreed to it by entering the grounds/buying the ticket, as it would be part of the terms and conditions.

    If it was a sneaky pic of you minding your own business walking down the road then obviously they'd be in trouble.

    I you aren't happy about it, I'm sure they'd have no problem dealing with the issue if you brought it to their attention

    Normally speaking is if you take a picture of someone on their own (ie person walking dog on beach) its generally the done thing to ask permission to use their image.
