Black and White Border Collie found

HI,
Just wondering if anyone has lost a beautiful black and white border Collie, male, a few years old? He was seen in the Northern Extension of the industrial Estate on Sunday and was found wandering in John Roberts Square (Red Square!) on Monday. I really want to find his owner as he's obviously been well looked after and I'm sure is being missed.
