I doubt Chiropractic (or any other alternative medicine) will ever go away completely.
If there's money to be made people will still do it.
Some nuts still use leeching for gods sake.

However, I hope that the Simon Singh case and recent parliamentary things about homoeopathy might cause a few people to read up on the actual science.
