activate scrolling on keypad?

hey, my laptop had to go in for repair last week,i think it said disk structure corrupted and it had to be reformatted,i just got it back today but the scolling isnt working anymore, i searched the problem on google and its seems it can be activated by pressing the fn key and usually one of the keys from f1-f12 but i cant…

hey,

it also mentions synaptics pointing device on some of the sites but i dont know is this the problem??
any help much appreciated!

its a toshiba l40-14n by the way using the arrow keys is driving me mad:mad:

You need to download the synaptics driver, should be on the toshiba site.
