I didnt get my weekly cheque yesterday but I got a letter saying that I will have to collect it at the post office from now on and I bring a card and they sign it aswell?

Has anyone got the same letter?

I had to check your post-time was in 2010 :P I don't know how old the system is but as long as I've been (regretably) familiar with it, you've had to bring your wee white Social Services card into the Post Office, they swipe it and give you the cash over the counter.

Thats what I did when I was on full time JSA not on casual JSA.

On the letter its states its to do with people who do the exact same days every week and instead of filling out a weekly docket I will now only have to fill out a monthly one.

I got one aswell. Is there any particular time to collect it?
I always see a big queue at around lunch time. Can it be collected first thing in the morning?

It states mine will be ready on Fridays and gone by the following Tuesday so anytime between the two days.
