26 x 1.9 tube in a 26 x 1.6 tyre?

    Hi, do you think Ill get away with putting in tube that says 26X1.92/2.125 on the box in a tyre that says 26X1.6 on the tyre wall? cant find any 26X1.6 in galway and I need the bike this weekend, any tube I order wont get here on time. Thanks.

    If they fitted your tyre size, it would say on the box. Dont be suprised if you have issues with it.

    You can get away with a lot regarding tube sizes, I have used a 700x18-23 road tyre in a cyclocross tyre before in a pinch. Not ideal but it worked fine until I had a chance to swap it.
