Let me tell you my side of the story:

I applied for a test last year in May, went in my holiday in June and came back 2nd of July. At the start of August, I received a text, telling me that my test was forfeited because I didn't show up, so rang them up, and they told me I have had a test on 18/19th of July, but I didn't receive any confirmation from them that I have a test, e-mail or letter. So started arguing with them on the phone because it wasn't my fault and I wasn't going to pay another 75 euros for another test.

A couple of days later a woman calls me and tells me she's from RSA, they decided to reschedule my test, and she said "I will put you on the next available place" and that was fine by me.

In october I received a letter from them with my test confirmation, and it was due in Donegal, rang them up again and told them, if they were mad :) . How was I supposed to go in Donegal on a Provisional licence, they apologised and said they`ll book me again, and then I told them that I want to go in Finglas because I live in Dublin. 4 months later I received the letter with the confirmation in finglas.

They should work more on the "consumer" chapter in their book, really need some improvments.

Yeah and that PDF showing which applications they're processing rarely gets updated. Last update was 18/2/10. They should be processing my application now, but I've no idea.

Par for the course when it comes to the RSA and test candidates.

Sure you can't even find out from your tester why you didn't pass your driving test.
