    hi.Dont believe i have read any post similar so i decided to ask!

    i find my self constantly watching the clock.not an hours go by that i dont check it.at the moment i am recovering from anorexia and have no doubt the eating disorder has a large part to play.i am not suffering depression and truly feel optimistic and happy these days.i was just wondering does anyone have any techniques that could help.thanks.

    Consider this: When you look at the clock, does it actually register in your mind what time it is? Maybe you do'nt actually allow it to register and this is why you check again.
